Richard Koral, Chief Executive Officer
As Jessica’s Founder, Mr. Koral focuses on maintaining key customer and supplier relationships, while guiding the strategic development, cost structure, management and supervision of all major functional areas. A UCLA graduate, he attended Whittier Law School before passing the Bar exam.

Tony D’Annibale, President
Mr. D'Annibale is responsible for all day-to-day management decisions and for implementing the company's short and long-term plans. He has more than 30 years of department store retailing and off-price experience. Mr. D'Annibale served as the Chief Merchandising Officer of Rue La La, a leading online lifestyle shopping destination. He also spent over 20 years with Loehmann's Inc. where he served as the Executive Vice President of Merchandising.

Kim Koral, Vice President, Purchasing
Ms. Koral and her team work with a wide range of apparel executives to develop tailored, brand-sensitive off-price programs. Her strong understanding of the off-price market and relationships with key vendors enables her to effectively manage the buying activities of Jessica’s. Ms. Koral holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Harvard University.

Teresa Ketelsleger, Distribution Manager
Mrs. Ketelsleger oversees all aspects of Jessica’s Order Processing, Inventory Management and Customer Fulfillment, and has been instrumental in helping Jessica’s consistently achieve impressive sales growth levels. She joined Jessica’s in 1984.

Hugo Ramos, Warehouse Manager
Mr. Ramos directs all product receiving, inspection and shipping. A seasoned logistics and transportation expert, he has been with Jessica’s for over 15 years.
